Salary: $20-24 Hourly

Start Date: Aug 24, 2026

Join our innovative client, a leader at the forefront of their industry, dedicated to developing advanced solutions that transform how individuals interact with their products and the broader ecosystem. This forward-thinking organization is committed to a sustainable future, driving progress through cutting-edge programs and strategic partnerships. Partnered with Aquent, they offer a dynamic environment where your contributions will redefine industry standards and enhance customer engagement across a vast network.

About the Opportunity

Step into a pivotal role where you will directly influence the success of groundbreaking initiatives within the retail space. As a primary liaison, you will empower partner teams to effectively implement and champion new programs, playing a crucial part in shaping the future of customer experience and business growth. This is your chance to bridge the gap between innovative solutions and their successful adoption in the field, directly impacting business outcomes and solidifying our client's position as an industry leader. Your expertise in building strong relationships, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring seamless execution will be instrumental in achieving key program targets and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner teams regarding innovative solutions and customer engagement processes.
  • Collaborate with program managers to drive partner adoption and performance against key program targets.
  • Build strong relationships with partner owners, management, and sales staff through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person support.
  • Provide in-person training and education on offerings, program opportunities, sales processes, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Respond to partner questions, resolve common issues, and elevate more complex needs to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Track partner interactions, adoption progress, and open items in CRM or other internal systems.
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to improve partner experience, execution, and program effectiveness.
  • Share partner feedback to help improve processes, materials, and program performance.
  • Represent the organization at partner and industry events as needed, with travel up to 50% to support partner engagement, training, and field execution.
A Day in the Life

Your typical week will involve spending approximately three days directly with partners, where you will train personnel on new programs, conduct follow-up discussions, and engage with customers and partners to support program success. You may also participate in events, interacting directly with prospective customers to educate them on offerings and generate interest. The remaining time will be dedicated to planning activities, conducting outreach calls, managing partner follow-ups, and coordinating next steps for customers and partners. You will receive structured onboarding, initially partnering with experienced team members before independently managing your assigned territory and relationships, with a fast-paced ramp-up to full contribution within your first week.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain programs, processes, and value propositions in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and open items simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate questions and coordinate across teams.
  • Comfort working in CRM, support tools, and standard business systems.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a role requiring 50% travel to partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in partner support, field support, inside sales, account management, customer success, or call-center operations.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, related industry topics, or solutions.
  • Experience supporting partner enablement, program rollout, or channel engagement.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with outreach, adoption, or conversion goals.
