Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain updated information for customers.
• Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
• Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and internal production teams.
• Maintain records of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
• Interact with production, procurement, and planning teams for customer order follow-up.
• Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record them in the support database.
• Maintain and improve the integrity of data within the company's primary enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Apply continuous improvement principles to daily tasks and processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Associate Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience working with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, handling internal customer calls and preparing orders for shipment.
• Proficiency in general office skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 - $26. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
