About the Role

As a pivotal member of the team, you will serve as a primary liaison, empowering dealership teams to effectively implement and champion new initiatives. This role is essential for achieving key program targets by fostering strong relationships, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring seamless execution of solutions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative programs and their successful adoption in the field, directly influencing business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealership teams regarding products, programs, and customer engagement processes.
  • Collaborate with program managers to drive dealer adoption and performance against key program targets, including online enrollment, digital portal usage, incentive process execution, referrals, onboarding, and activation.
  • Build strong relationships with dealership owners, management, and sales staff through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person support.
  • Provide in-dealership training and education on offerings, program opportunities, activation workflows, sales processes, and customer journey best practices.
  • Respond to dealer questions, resolve common issues, and elevate more complex needs to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Track dealer interactions, adoption progress, and open items in CRM or other internal systems.
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to improve dealer experience, execution, and program effectiveness.
  • Share dealer feedback to help improve processes, materials, and program performance.
  • Represent the organization at dealer and brand events as needed, with travel up to 50% to support dealership engagement, training, and field execution.

A Day in the Life

The remaining time will be dedicated to planning activities, conducting outreach calls, managing dealer follow-ups, and coordinating next steps for customers and partners. You will receive structured onboarding, initially partnering with experienced team members before independently managing your assigned territory and relationships, with a fast-paced ramp-up to full contribution within your first week.
