Mobility Global seeks a Dealer Relations Manager to build and maintain high-level relationships with automotive dealerships. You will drive adoption of our software, plan and deliver implementation training, and serve as the primary contact for dealer issues while collaborating with regional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or customer service in a luxury automotive retail setting, strong CRM skills, and frequent travel (about 25%).

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in automotive retail.
• Significant experience with CRM tools and technology.
• Strong written and spoken communication; business and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel ~25% regionally and nationally.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and drive product adoption.
• Plan launches, manage implementation, and provide ongoing training.
• Serve as first contact for dealer issues and escalate when needed.
• Share best practices and support value proposition within the client org.
