Redwood Credit Union seeks a Dealer Relationship Officer to cultivate and maintain dealer relationships, grow the indirect lending program, and support auto brokering efforts. You will work with the Consumer Lending Indirect Manager to organize and train on indirect lending functions.

The role emphasizes weekly dealer visits, plan development for dealer relationships, and communication of policy and pricing changes to ensure quality member service.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of automobile sales or financing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of consumer loan products and lending principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dealer relationships and market RCU loan products.
• Travel to dealer locations up to 75% of the time.
• Coordinate auto brokering and dealer service programs.
• Train staff on indirect lending requirements and processes.
