Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Typing speed of about 50 WPM is preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
• Experience with diverse customer channels (retail and wholesale).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
