Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical/analytical role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; VBA).
• Proficient in statistical/analytical software and automation languages (R, Python).

Responsibilities

• Gather, Manage and Understand Data.
• Identify components of a problem and apply analytical techniques to derive conclusions.
• Use statistical analysis, forecasting and mathematical modeling.
• Define goals of analysis activities and coordinate data collection from databases.
• Understand and assess business situations from an information perspective.
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze data and implications.
• Manage design of sales reporting tools, automate reporting, and build new metrics/dashboards.
• Assemble and distribute operational reports and performance metrics.
• Provide interpretable insights to managers and support data understanding.
• Maintain and audit critical sales data across IT systems.
• Serve as internal end-user contact for ad hoc information requests.
• Support implementation of new processes and workflows; maintain reporting standards.
