Based onsite in Wyoming, MN, the role requires strong analytics, experience with BI tools, and the ability to partner with Sales, Service, and Operations to drive dealer growth and improved profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of analytics, BI, or sales operations experience preferred.
• Experience with dealer networks, manufacturing, or field sales is valued.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealer sales, service, and operational performance using dashboards and scorecards.
• Identify opportunities and recommend dealer improvements with leadership input.
• Support network optimization, market evaluation, and growth initiatives.
• Prepare executive summaries and data-driven presentations for boards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Operations, and Leadership.
