Job summary

BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager to drive partnerships with car dealerships and leverage our software to improve operations and profitability.

You will be the face of BizzyCar, leading onboarding, ongoing training, and proactive support to ensure seamless adoption. In this fast-paced role, you’ll conduct quarterly reviews, identify growth opportunities, manage renewals, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize dealer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years in sales, account management, customer success or service in a retail environment.
• Must have automotive dealership or automotive tech experience.
• Proven track record with HubSpot CRM and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with dealership partners from Dealer Principals to Service Managers and ensure seamless adoption of BizzyCar software.
• Lead product implementations and communicate new features and updates effectively.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure dealerships meet goals with our solutions.
• Deliver onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing training to enhance dealership operations.
• Expand partnerships via upsells, renewals, and referrals, collaborating with internal teams to improve the dealer experience.
• Monitor account health and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
