Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated analytics intern for the Dealer Business Operations & Analytics team in Wisconsin. You will support dashboard development, reporting, and process documentation to improve dealer experiences and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, collaboration across functions, and hands-on learning through real project work and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Interest in partner/channel strategy and incentive design.
• Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of Concierge team dashboards and reporting tools in Smartsheet.
• Create account scorecards and performance reports for Concierge representatives.
• Analyze sales data to identify product attachment trends and business opportunities.
• Generate monthly opportunity lists highlighting missed milestones and account growth potential.
• Maintain and enhance Inside Sales communications, presentations, and training materials.
• Assist in documenting processes and developing SOPs and work instructions to improve operational efficiency.
