Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated Dealer Sales Strategy intern for Summer 2027. You will support the team with project work focused on dealer program design, SBOS optimization, and sales enablement initiatives.

As a strategic and analytical intern, you will explore incentive structures, AI applications, and cross-functional collaboration. This paid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship from HR and sales leaders, and exposure to a major consumer products company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Interest in sales partner/channel strategy and incentive design.
• Experience with Excel, financial modeling tools, or AI-enabled business tools preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about sales operations, business processes, and organizational dynamics.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist SBOS documentation and socialization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, AI, and digital tools.
• Develop SBOS process maps by pillar.
• Create quick-reference guides and job aids.
• Support SBOS communication and training materials.
• Identify SOP gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Track SOP completion and rollout readiness.
• Analyze organizational workflows and dependencies to propose improvements.
• Develop onboarding resources for sales roles.
• Convert SOPs into training-ready content.
• Develop training presentations and knowledge resources.
• Organize sales playbooks, templates, and knowledge resources.
• Collect field feedback on training effectiveness.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance content development.
• Build understanding of organizational dynamics and cross-functional collaboration to improve sales enablement.
