Job summary

Springs Window Fashions invites energetic undergraduates to join our Consumer Business Unit as a Data Analyst Intern for Summer 2027 in Wisconsin. You will analyze consumer purchasing behavior within our custom-product line sold through home improvement retailers.

Typical projects include identifying trends, examining variability across stores and markets, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations. On-the-job training and cross-functional exposure are included.

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in relevant function.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Use sales and order data to identify trends and patterns in product selection, price points, features, options, and consumer trade-up behavior.
• Explore purchasing behavior variability across products, stores, markets, and time periods.
• Evaluate impact of product, assortment, and pricing changes.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product and business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, problem solving, data visualization and communicating findings to stakeholders.
