Job summary

Springs Window Fashions invites motivated interns to join the Dealer Sales Strategy Internship for Summer 2027. The role focuses on reimagining dealer programs, incentive design, and AI-driven improvements within a fast-growing sales enablement environment.

You will work on SBOS documentation, process mapping, and training materials while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research, and organizational skills.
• Interest in sales partner/channel strategy and incentive design.
• Experience with Excel, financial modeling tools, or AI-enabled business tools preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about sales operations, business processes, and organizational dynamics.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assess SBOS effectiveness across all pillars, identify capability gaps, benchmark best practices, and develop recommendations that improve execution consistency, scalability, and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, AI, and digital tools.
• Develop an understanding of how sales teams operate day-to-day and how SBOS supports business execution across the organization.
• Create SBOS process maps by pillar.
• Develop quick-reference guides and job aids.
• Support SBOS communication and training materials.
• Identify SOP gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Track SOP completion and rollout readiness.
• Analyze organizational workflows, team interactions, and process dependencies to recommend improvements.
• Develop quick-reference guides and job aids for sales enablement.
• Support SBOS communication and training materials.
