Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Sales and Data Analytics Specialist in Burnsville, MN to optimize CRM-driven lead management and reporting. You will implement a daily lead-to-sales process, manage campaigns, and act as the CRM/data mining expert to support dealership needs.

You will drive incremental sales and appointments through proactive outreach, monitor metrics across platforms, and collaborate with leadership to coach staff. A strong track record in sales and data skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record in sales.
• Experience in data management and CRM preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a daily service to sales process.
• Manage monthly and ad hoc database and equity mining campaigns and initiatives.
• Serve as an expert user in CRM (DriveCentric) and data mining technology platform (AutoAlert).
• Manage CRM business rules, plan management, lead source management, maintenance, and user management.
• Establish best practices for digital lead handling and adapt strategy to changes in business need.
• Monitor incoming leads and distribute equitably to the sales team in a timely manner.
• Drive incremental sales, service, and acquisition appointments and opportunities through proactive outreach and marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key metrics using various platforms.
• Work closely with General Manager and Sales Managers to coach underperforming staff.
• Assist managers and sales staff with work plans to ensure quality and completion.
