Job summary

F/S Manufacturing is seeking a Dealer Development & Sales Representative to grow our dealer network and strengthen customer relationships. This role combines inside and outside sales responsibilities, including prospecting, account management, dealer support, product training, and territory development.

The ideal candidate will travel extensively, represent the company at trade shows, and work closely with operations and customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively during seasonal periods, including overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customer and dealer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts and dealer partners.
• Schedule and conduct product education, demonstrations, and training for customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve established sales goals and support territory growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM software.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Develop territory growth plans and execute account strategies.
• Follow industry trends to identify sales opportunities and emerging markets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions.
• Recommend marketing strategies to support regional growth and dealer development.
