Job summary

F&S Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Dealer Development & Sales Representative to grow our dealer network and strengthen customer relationships across agriculture markets.

The role blends inside and outside sales, including prospecting, account management, product training, and territory development. You will travel extensively, conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations, and work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively during seasonal periods, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customer and dealer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and dealer partners.
• Schedule and conduct product education, demonstrations, and training for customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales goals and support territory growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM.
