Job summary

Truist is seeking a Dealer Relationship Specialist for Service Finance in the Boca Raton area. You will manage daily dealer pipelines, educate on program enhancements, and ensure high levels of service and communication.

You will document dealer data in enterprise systems, apply sales strategies, and train dealers on procedural changes. Strong multitasking, organization, and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service, sales and consumer finance is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and train peers.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealer relationships by providing a high level of customer service.
• Provide dealers with friendly, courteous and accurate verbal and written communication.
• Utilize enterprise supported sales management systems to document dealer information.
• Utilize company sales training, scripts, and strategy to retain dealers.
• Update and train dealers on changes to procedures or programs.
• Act as liaison between other departments within Service Finance.
• Perform other related duties as required by supervisor or manager.
