Job summary

Toyota North America in Plano, TX, seeks a Dealer Facilities Analyst to support Brand ID and dealership design programs, updating design schemes, finish lists, and related pages. You will work with R/PD and Market Reps to ensure brand standards are met and assist the Facilities and Planning Teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, exposure to Retail Design, and skills in Office 365 and Adobe Creative Software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Retail Design Environment or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of website administration and basic web technologies is desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize Image USA II and DOF design schemes and finish lists.
• Coordinate with TMNA to support development of 2D graphics for dealership interiors.
• Update facility asset catalogs (accessories, technology, etc.).
• Coordinate customer surveys with VOC and summarize results.
• Support Facilities and Planning Teams with project reviews, facility measurements, and website support.

Who We’re Looking For

The Dealer Facilities Analyst provides critical support to the regions and Facility Field Managers by maintaining and updating Image USA II and Dealer of the Future design schemes, finish lists, the Brand ID/DID book, and the associated facility website pages for reference materials. This position plays a key role in providing R/PD and Market Rep Teams with support for Brand ID and Dealership Design programs, while also providing assistance to the Facilities and Planning Team as needed for verifying compliance with brand standards and VSS eligibility. Additionally, the Analyst could be tasked with assisting the Manager, Dealer Facilitie with various dealership design projects and/or elements. The role also includes handling ad-hoc projects as needed. The analyst is also expected to engage in continuous learning, training, and professional growth, throughout their time in the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain, update and organize Image USA II and DOF design schemes and finish lists.
• Coordinate with various groups through TMNA to support the development of 2D graphics for dealership interior projects.
• Assist in updating facility asset catalogs (accessories, technology, etc.)
• Coordinate customer surveys with VOC and compile summary of results
• Provide support to the Facilities and Planning Teams (e.g. Facility project reviews, facility measurements, reporting RMD Facilities website support, Image USA II Grand Opening coordination, Analyst backup coverage)
• Training, Growth and Development, Ad-Hoc Projects

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Exposure to Retail Design Environment, Design Development, Product Planning or a related Subject.
• Exposure to sustainable practices, cost-reduction strategies, and industry standards for Business Suppliers.
• Working Knowledge of Website Administration and Basic Web Technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
• Working Knowledge of with Microsoft Suite of tools including Office 365.
• Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software.
• Ability to be in-office 3 days a week at our Plano HQ location.
• Ability to potentially travel up to 20% domestically.

Added bonus if you have

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, design or related field.
• Experience with 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD and other design software.
• Interior Design, Retail Marketing, Customer Experience (CX) / Guest Experience, Category Management, Retail Strategy and Business Planning or Retail Product planning experience.
