Job summary

Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. seeks a Dealer Facilities Analyst to support brand identity, dealership design, and facility programs from our Plano HQ.

You’ll manage design schemes, coordinate 2D graphics, and assist with asset catalog updates while ensuring compliance with brand standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, familiarity with retail design processes, and proficiency in web tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in Retail Design Environment or related field.
• Familiar with 2D/3D design software (AutoCAD, etc.).
• In-office 3 days/week at Plano HQ location.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and organize Image USA II and DOF design schemes and finish lists.
• Coordinate with groups through TMNA to support 2D graphics for dealership interior projects.
• Assist in updating facility asset catalogs (accessories, technology, etc.).
• Coordinate customer surveys with VOC and summarize results.
• Provide support to Facilities and Planning Teams (reviews, measurements, website support, openings).
• Training, growth and development, ad-hoc projects.
