Job summary

UVeye Inc. is seeking a Dealer Activation Manager to lead onboarding, relaunches, and enablement across dealer networks in the US. You will own activation workflows, train dealership teams, and partner with Sales, CSMs, and Ops to deliver value from Day 1.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and travel to install sites and relaunch events. A 90-day activation program drives early adoption and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive operations, customer onboarding, training, field enablement, or SaaS deployment roles.
• Strong understanding of dealership workflows (service, reconditioning, variable ops) preferred.
• Comfortable leading onsite training sessions and influencing cross-functional dealer teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change-management skills.
• Able to travel regularly to support dealer installs, relaunches, and training.

Responsibilities

• Own dealer activations from install through first value, ensuring no dead time between “live” and “useful.”
• Train teams on how to win with UVeye, not just how to use the product.
• Drive adoption in real time: advisors using it, managers reviewing it, leaders caring about it.
• Identify friction quickly—process gaps, people issues, or technical blockers—and resolve or elevate fast.
• Set clear expectations with GMs and department leaders on what “good” looks like post-activation.
