Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a Dealer Account Manager to join our Wholesale Operations team in our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN. The Dealer Account Manager is responsible for assisting both company and dealer-owned stores in meeting or exceeding operational expectations for internal branding, as well as the corresponding major oil brand. Responsible for providing guidance and assistance to sites with various maintenance, accounting, fuel deliveries, environmental compliance, and/or projects. Represents the company as an ambassador to the store operations and consumers.

Primary Responsibilities
- Coaches store operators in meeting/exceeding Fuel Brand Standards scores (mystery shop programs)
- Orders branding supplies and POP materials when necessary.
- Submits Maintenance work orders as needed.
- Works with internal departments and external vendors to support operators.
- Reviews, comprehends, and completes reports, contracts, and financial data reports.
- Monitors and sets daily gas pricing for each location and, in stores that TSE owns, the fueling equipment as well.
- Assists store operators with merchandising and vendor opportunities.
- Reviews A/R, sales, and gallon reports and recommends action to address opportunity areas.
- Conducts and documents store visits to ensure that operators maintain standards of cleanliness, customer service, in-stock position, and brand standards.
- Evaluates store operator’s suitability to remain in position, and recommends replacements if necessary.
- Develops relationships with store operators, store personnel, and potential new business partners.
- Maintains confidentiality of all company, client, and vendor information.
- Reacts productively to change.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelors or Associates degree in business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience as a C-Store operator, Marketer, or related field
- Or, any equivalent combination of education and experience in job-related activities
