Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed an MBA.
• At least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support post-merger integration and value realization work across separation and divestiture initiatives.
• Conduct research to inform carve-out planning, operational separation, and transition activities.
• Assist with analyses of process changes, workstreams, and integration dependencies.
• Prepare presentation materials, status updates, and tracking documents.
• Organize workstream data, meeting notes, and action items to maintain momentum.
• Use digital tools and AI-enabled resources to summarize information and draft work products.
• Participate in team meetings and learn from experienced professionals.
• Apply teamwork and active listening to contribute to project deliverables.
