• MBA degree pursued or completed.
• At least 3 years of experience relevant to strategy/technology consulting.
• One year remaining to MBA graduation at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and technology diligence projects across deal lifecycle workstreams.
• Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and technology capabilities.
• Assist with data gathering, synthesis, and presentation development for client deliverables.
• Apply digital tooling and AI-enabled workflows to organize information and findings.
• Participate in team discussions, take notes, and track follow-up items.
• Review transaction materials and identify themes affecting value creation.
• Analyze technology landscapes, operating models, and potential opportunities.
