Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed an MBA.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• One year from MBA graduation at time of application.
• Experience in client service or advisory projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements with research, analysis, and project tasks across strategy, operations, technology, and risk topics.
• Gather and organize information from interviews and documents to frame business challenges.
• Assist with data review, synthesis, and presentation development.
• Prepare draft materials, meeting summaries, and work products for case teams.
• Apply digital tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and outputs.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with team members on basic project activities and status tracking.
• Observe client interactions to learn consulting methods and professional standards.
