Responsibilities

• Supporting post-merger integration and value realization work across separation and divestiture initiatives.
• Conducting research for carve-out planning, operational separation, and transition activities.
• Assisting with analyses of process changes, workstreams, and integration dependencies across business functions.
• Preparing presentation materials, status updates, and tracking documents for internal and client-facing discussions.
• Organizing workstream data, meeting notes, and action items to maintain project momentum.
• Using digital tools and AI-enabled resources to summarize information and draft work products.
• Participating in team meetings and learning from experienced professionals across transaction activities.
• Applying teamwork, active listening, and intellectual curiosity to contribute to deliverables.
