PwC seeks a Strategy& Deals Strategy Senior Associate Intern to support client-focused strategy work across deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation within our Advisory practice. You will assist teams, participate in projects, organize information, and help deliver client-ready materials while developing your professional brand.

Qualifications

MBA candidate or holder.
At least 3 years of experience.
One year away from MBA graduation at time of application.

Responsibilities

Supporting deal strategy and commercial diligence workstreams through research, analysis, and basic project tasks.
Gathering and organizing market, industry, and company information for transaction and value creation analyses.
Assisting with financial, operational, and strategic assessments for merger, acquisition, and partnership opportunities.
Reviewing documents, datasets, and presentations to identify key themes, risks, and value drivers.
Preparing concise summaries, draft slides, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing deliverables.
Using digital tools, AI-enabled resources, and spreadsheet applications to streamline analysis and document production.
Participating in team discussions, asking questions to build understanding, and applying feedback to improve output.
Contributing to project coordination tasks while learning PwC advisory methods.
