Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy & Deals Strategy Senior Associate Intern in New York. You will support client-focused strategy work across deal strategy, diligence, execution, and value creation within our Advisory practice.

Support deal strategy and diligence workstreams through research and analysis.
Gather and organize market, industry, and company information to inform transaction and value creation analyses.
Assist with financial, operational, and strategic assessments for merger, acquisition, and partnership opportunities.
Review documents, datasets, and presentation materials to identify key themes, risks, and value drivers.
Prepare concise summaries, draft slides, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing deliverables.
Use digital tools, AI-enabled resources, and spreadsheet applications to streamline analysis and document production.
Participate in team discussions, asking questions to build understanding and apply feedback to outputs.
Contribute to project coordination tasks across deal strategy and advisory engagements.
