Red Hat is seeking an Associate Deal Lifecycle Analyst to support the deal development lifecycle by collecting, validating, and preparing deal data and documentation. You will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Ops to assemble complete deal packages under guidance from senior team members.

The Associate Deal Management Analyst exercises judgment when following detailed instructions and standardized procedures to complete assigned deal analysis and deal management tasks and meet deadlines, and is responsible for following routine procedures to complete standard assignments and resolve issues of minimal complexity. This role supports the deal development lifecycle by assisting with the collection, organization, validation, and preparation of deal data, documentation, and deal components, ensuring that required inputs and documentation are prepared accurately and collected in accordance with established submission standards and corporate policies. The Associate Deal Lifecycle Analyst works closely with senior team members to develop foundational knowledge of deal management frameworks, data systems, and the cross-functional coordination practices required to deliver complete and accurate deal packages. This role assists with scheduling and participating in deal development meetings and supports cross-functional coordination with stakeholders such as Sales, Services, Operations, Legal, and Finance to help produce complete deal packages. The Associate Deal Lifecycle Analyst begins building awareness of corporate policies, programs, and systems to support deal construction practices under the guidance of senior team members. This role maintains communication with internal stakeholders as directed to support information flow and understanding throughout the deal solutioning lifecycle. NOTE: This position has global scope with primary responsibility for EMEA and Americas.
The salary range for this position is $27.58 - $42.75. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
