Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Proposal Solutions Analyst in Minneapolis for a hybrid role, coordinating proposals, sales materials, and deal activities with Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional partners to keep responses moving forward.

You’ll manage a centralized content library, track timelines and stakeholders, review proposal content for accuracy and compliance, and provide reporting and administrative support to help drive deal success across large service opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Installation Services, Retail, B2B Sales, or related field.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities for large service opportunities, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Create and maintain proposals, presentations, pricing materials, and solution documents.
• Manage a centralized library of approved content, templates, and supporting resources.
• Track timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and key decisions throughout the deal process.
• Review proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
• Provide reporting, research, and administrative support to help drive deal success.
