Job summary

Rocket Software Inc. is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to process quote approvals, support the sales cycle, and uphold governance for sales transactions.

The role drives revenue efficiency and provides guidance on complex deals while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal teams. You will be SME for quoting, pricing, and order processing, participate in improvements, and stay updated on product and policy changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in Deal Desk, Sales or Sales Ops in software.
• Familiar with accounting and software revenue recognition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions.
• Desire to work closely with peers, self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Strong people/customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility for quote approval requests.
• Ensure quotes and order forms are complete and accurate.
• Ensure contract compliance with terms and pricing.
• Align with internal policies and governance for deals.
• Provide guidance to Sales on complex deal structures.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to expedite approvals.
• Log partner deal registrations and address discrepancies.
• Respond to Deal Desk inquiries from Sales.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
