Rocket Software, Inc. is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to drive quote approvals and support the sales cycle while maintaining governance of transactions. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure accurate, timely quotes and compliant orders.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in deal desk or sales ops in software, strong communication, and proficiency with SFDC, CPQ, CLM, DocuSign, and MS Office. This role offers growth within the Deal Desk path.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Deal Desk, Sales or Sales Ops in software.
• Familiarity with accounting and software revenue recognition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and detail-oriented execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end quote approval and ensure contract compliance with pricing history.
• Guide Sales on complex deals, align with policies, and maintain governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Product to process agreements.
• Proactively respond to inquiries and support rapid deal closures.
