Rocket Software is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist in Oregon to support the sales cycle, process quote approvals, and ensure governance of transactions. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal to drive accurate, timely deals while maintaining compliance and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Deal Desk, Sales or Sales Operations in software.
• Familiarity with accounting and software revenue recognition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and deal tooling (SFDC/CPQ/DocuSign).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of quote approval requests.
• Ensure quotes and order forms are complete and accurate.
• Maintain contract compliance with historical terms and pricing.
• Provide guidance to Sales on complex deal structures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Order Management on contracts.
• Log partner deal registrations and address discrepancies.
