OpenGov is seeking a deal desk analyst to support pricing strategies, order forms, contract vehicles, and deal progression within the Commercial Operations team in San Francisco. The role focuses on data integrity, process improvements, and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in deal desk or related functions, BA/BS in business or related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

1–3 years in deal desk or related field.
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Experience with B2B SaaS deals preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to streamline deal desk processes.
Manage order forms and alignment with contract vehicles and distributors.
Conduct pricing analysis to support deal structuring.
Develop tools and dashboards to track deal performance and insights.
Ensure accuracy in deal data and revenue recognition, including ARR metrics.
Identify opportunities for process optimization in commercial operations.
Maintain CRM data accuracy across sales and operations.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support deal desk operations.
