Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Deal Desk professional to support NSP pricing cycles in a hybrid work environment in Irving, TX. You will review cases, collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Order Management to ensure policy adherence and drive profitable deals.

The role requires 1–3 years in deal desk or sales ops, a bachelor’s degree, and strong data skills with SFDC and Excel. We offer growth opportunities in a global cybersecurity leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a Deal Desk, sales operations, pricing, order management, or equivalent sales support function
• Hybrid: 2-4 days/week at the Check Point offices
• Problem solver with attention to detail and driving execution from start to finish
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to leverage data for justification
• Ability to work in a complex environment and under pressure, delivering for C-Level
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
• Strong time management and organization, flexible in fast-paced, international environment
• Experience with SFDC and basic MS Excel formulas recommended
• Experience with software/SaaS business is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review NSP cycle business cases and provide recommendations to decision makers
• Act as a sales advocate and collaborate with internal teams to understand deal specifics, support smarter decision-making, and suggest upsell opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Order Management, etc. to ensure audit and business guidelines are understood and followed
• Encourage and challenge sales representatives to structure deals maximizing value and profitability for Check Point
• Initiate ideas of improvements, educate the field and provide added value to Check Point’s business
• Assist in streamlining key operational workflows to support efficient and sustainable growth
• Flexibility in daily shifts, and extended shifts at the end of the quarter
