Amazon is seeking a Deal and Contract Operations Manager for its eero Business Operations team in San Francisco. You will design and own the end-to-end contract processes, train deal owners, and coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance to keep deals moving forward.

You will drive automation and standardization to shorten time from signing to onboarding and improve partner experiences. As the central point across deals, you will identify patterns, implement workflows, and enable direct enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain end-to-end contract operations processes with Legal and BD teams.
• Project-manage deals from contract signing through onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot CLM workflow issues and unblock bottlenecks.
• Train deal owners on contracting workflows and approvals.
• Escalate redlines to Legal and drive alignment on terms.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce contract throughput time and speed onboarding.
