Job summary

You will relay visual information, provide travel assistance, and manage client intake, assessment, advocacy, referrals, and documentation, ensuring all services meet program goals and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• ASL fluency and SLPI:ASL.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Proven strong communication skills – oral and written communications are clear and concise.

Responsibilities

• Promote community access for Deaf, Deaf‑Blind, or Hard‑of‑Hearing individuals.
• Relay visual and environmental information to aid accessibility.
• Provide travel assistance, advocacy, referrals, and manage case documentation.
• Ensure services align with program goals and contractual requirements.
• May drive agency or personal vehicle on company business.
