Job summary

California State University, Fullerton is seeking a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Coordinator (Student Services Professional II) within the Disability Support Services. This role coordinates access, accommodations, and service providers for Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing students and acts as a primary contact for prospective and continuing students.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field and strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience

• Ability to interact with a diverse student population, faculty, staff, and the public.
• Ability to plan, develop, coordinate, supervise, and organize programs and activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication access, accommodations, and support services for Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing CSUF students.
• Advise students on classroom accommodations and accessibility.
• Coordinate DSS-sponsored events and outreach with campus partners.
• Maintain organized records and coordinate service requests and deadlines.
