Qualifications

• MBA pursued or completed; 3+ years of experience.
• Intern role for MBA candidates within one year of graduation.
• Experience in client service and deal advisory is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting post-merger integration and value realization work across separation and divestiture initiatives
• Conducting research and gathering information to inform carve-out planning, operational separation, and transition activities
• Assisting with analyses of process changes, workstreams, and integration dependencies across business functions
• Preparing presentation materials, status updates, and tracking documents for internal and client-facing discussions
• Organizing workstream data, meeting notes, and action items to help maintain momentum on project tasks
• Using digital tools and AI-enabled resources to summarize information, identify patterns, and draft work products
• Participating in team meetings and learning from experienced professionals across transaction and integration activities
• Applying teamwork, active listening, and intellectual curiosity to contribute to project deliverables
