Job summary

You will gather information, organize materials, contribute to analyses, and learn PwC methods while observing client work and day-to-day delivery.

Qualifications

• MBA degree (in progress or completed)
• At least 3 years of experience
• MBA candidate must be within one year of graduation at application time

Responsibilities

• Support post-merger integration and value realization work across separation/divestiture initiatives
• Conduct research to inform carve-out planning and transition activities
• Analyze processes, workstreams and integration dependencies across functions
• Prepare presentation materials, status updates and tracking documents
• Organize workstream data, meeting notes and action items to maintain momentum
• Use digital tools and AI-enabled resources to summarize information and draft work products
• Participate in team meetings and learn from experienced professionals across deal value activities
• Demonstrate teamwork and curiosity to contribute to deliverables
