TechDoQuest in Atlanta seeks an experienced DDR PHY SI/PI Engineer to define channel and PDN architectures, model system-level SI/PI, and lead post-silicon validation within the CT Server DDR team.

You will collaborate with design, package, board, and firmware teams to specify SI/PI targets, implement solutions, and debug issues across the full stack, using Python, Matlab and industry tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Python and Matlab.
• Experience with SI/PI concepts and PDN/channel modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Run system-level channel and PDN simulations and compare with silicon results.
• Process post-silicon SI/PI validation data and guide next steps.
• Debug SI/PI issues across silicon, package, and board with engineering teams.
