Job summary

Social Capital Resources is seeking a DDQ/RFP Associate for a full-time role in Midtown Manhattan. This position focuses on managing DDQs, RFPs and RFIs with tight deadlines and cross-functional teamwork to deliver tailored, accurate responses.

You will partner with portfolio management, product, legal, and compliance to ensure content quality and timeliness, while guiding junior team members and supporting various initiatives within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years working with DDQs and RFPs.
• 2+ years working in the asset management business.

Responsibilities

• Manage DDQs from start to finish, meeting deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Handle formal information requests, RFPs and RFIs end-to-end.

Rapidly growing Hedge Fund in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a DDQ / RFP Associate for a full-time position!

Responsibilities:

• Managing DDQs from beginning to end, meeting all deadlines and communicating appropriately with key stakeholders
• Managing and completing formal information requests, RFPs, and RFIs
• End-to-end handling of DDQs
• Partner with portfolio management, product, legal, and compliance teams to gather accurate, tailored content.
• Assisting in guiding, reviewing the work of, and providing feedback to more junior team members
• Assist in the implementation of various projects and initiatives
• Introducing and working toward efficiencies to continue to elevate the quality and timeliness of the team’s deliverables
• Successfully and skillfully handling one-off and ad-hoc questions received from sales personnel
• Producing content that is accurate, concise, and compelling, while ensuring RFP/RFI specifications are met
• Collaborating effectively across the Firm to gather information and update/improve upon existing content
