Job summary

Social Capital Resources, a premier Manhattan hedge fund, seeks a Vice President, DDQ/RFP to lead investor DDQs, RFPs, and related institutional materials.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in hedge funds or asset management, exceptional writing, and deep knowledge of institutional due diligence. You will partner with Investment, IR, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to produce accurate, compelling responses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant DDQ/RFP experience within hedge funds, asset management, or alternative investments.
• Proven ability to draft and produce complete DDQs and RFP responses, not just coordinate.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, drafting, and completion of DDQs, RFPs, and investor questionnaires.
• Develop high-quality, accurate, and compelling responses tailored to institutional investors and consultants.
• Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to gather and validate information.
• Maintain and enhance the firm's DDQ/RFP content library, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Translate complex investment strategies, performance information, and operational processes into clear, professional responses.
• Manage multiple deadlines and oversee the end-to-end DDQ/RFP production process.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and overall response quality.
