Job summary

AQR Capital Management is seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join the RFP Function within our Reporting team in Greenwich, CT. You will proactively address RFP and DDQ requests, coordinate with stakeholder teams to ensure content accuracy, and maintain high-quality content for use across RFPs and related processes.

The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage offshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, English or Communications.
• 1–5 years of post-undergraduate experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience coordinating offshore and onshore teams.
• Strong written and verbal communications; highly organized and proactive.
• Familiarity with AI is a plus; experience with RFP/DDQ tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively address all RFP and DDQ requests and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholder teams to ensure accuracy of RFP/DDQ content.
• Maintain high-quality content for RFPs, DDQs, and related uses.
• Track outstanding RFPs and DDQs and escalate as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to drive process improvements.
