Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate, RFP Writer to join its Investor Solutions Group in New York. You will craft and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, translating the firm’s investment philosophy into clear, persuasive language for diverse audiences.

You will oversee multiple projects, build relationships with global partners, maintain content governance, and help streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RFP writing, client services, or similar role within asset management.
• Proficiency with AI-powered response management platforms to automate responses and manage content governance.
• Demonstrated investment acumen, with familiarity in private debt and/or private equity preferred.
• Experience operating within a large asset management organization is preferred.

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining a smooth and efficient process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key global business partners and stakeholders to source and refine content.
• Translate the firm's investment strategy and value proposition into clear, compelling language for a variety of audiences.
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s content database, ensuring standard language stays current within RFP platforms and databases.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen content governance practices.

Compensation:

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000, Plus Bonus
