The ideal candidate has 6+ years in hedge funds or asset management, exceptional writing, and deep knowledge of institutional due diligence. You will partner with Investment, IR, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to produce accurate, compelling responses.

• Proven ability to draft and produce complete DDQs and RFP responses, not just coordinate.

A top-tier hedge fund in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Vice President, DDQ / RFP to lead the preparation, development, and management of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and other institutional investor materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong investment management experience, exceptional writing skills, and a deep understanding of hedge fund strategies and institutional investor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, drafting, and completion of DDQs, RFPs, and investor questionnaires.
• Develop high-quality, accurate, and compelling responses tailored to institutional investors and consultants.
• Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to gather and validate information.
• Maintain and enhance the firm's DDQ/RFP content library, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Translate complex investment strategies, performance information, and operational processes into clear, professional responses.

• Experience working with investment professionals, Investor Relations, and Compliance teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with DDQ/RFP management platforms preferred.
