Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in health or developmentally disabled services or related fields.
• Experience substituting college hours for work experience allowed under state rules.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision to DDCS staff and coordinators.
• Develops and implements monitoring plans to measure adherence to workflow, policy, and procedure.
• Assists with development and execution of the DDCS annual business plan and PQI initiatives.
• Develops division procedures and forms in collaboration with Public Information Director.
• Ensures reporting outcomes and drives corrective action as needed.
