Job summary
King & George, LLC is seeking a DDC/SCADA Control System Personnel to install, maintain and calibrate equipment and to provide maintenance and operations support of PLC/SCADA and DDC automation systems.
The role involves installing and repairing electrical systems for industrial machinery, wiring power and control cables, diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring adherence to safety policies on site.
Qualifications
- Two-year technical certificate or equivalent experience.
- Valid state driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Must possess or obtain a NACI background check.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical systems on industrial machinery.
- Install power wiring and conduit for new equipment and robots.
- Connect power and control cables between machines.
- Diagnose faulty transformers, motors and lighting fixtures.
- Replace relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices.
- Diagnose and repair printed circuit boards.
- Replace motor bearings and rewiring as needed.
- Plan wiring layouts and install wiring in buildings.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Perform research on power systems for new installations and repairs.
- Use power monitoring and testing equipment efficiently.
- Maintain safety compliance and company policies.
