Job summary

King & George is seeking a DDC/SCADA Control System Personnel to install, maintain and calibrate new equipment at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The role focuses on PLC/SCADA and DDC automation systems, with field readiness and hands-on electrical work.

The position involves installing wiring, troubleshooting equipment, and performing maintenance to ensure continuous operation in a manufacturing setting. Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, full-time, with compliance to safety and contract requirements.

Qualifications

Two-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Must possess or obtain a background check as required by contract.

Responsibilities

Install and repair electrical systems and components of industrial machinery.
Install power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment.
Connect power wires to machines and connect cables between devices.
Diagnose malfunctioning transformers, motors and lighting and replace damaged wires.
Replace faulty components such as relays, switches, and motors and position sensors.
Plan layout of wiring and install wiring, conduit and electrical apparatus.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
Perform detailed research of power systems for new installations or repairs.
