Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk professional to lead and execute risk management programs across global functions. You will identify, assess, and monitor risks, develop KRIs, and prepare concise leadership-ready reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in risk management, Big 4 experience, and certifications (CRMA/COSO/CRISC/CPA). You will work in a hybrid US environment with flexible collaboration and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in enterprise risk management, strategy, business, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, strategy, or related discipline.
• Big 4 experience required.
• Experience in a large, global organization, particularly within technology, IT services, or professional services, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead components of the Enterprise Risk Management program, including risk assessments and periodic refresh cycles.
• Apply ERM frameworks, policies, and methodologies consistently across risk areas.
• Maintain and enhance ERM procedures, guidance materials, and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate structured risk discussions with business leaders to identify key risks and impacts.
• Own tracking and follow-up of mitigation actions with risk owners.
• Define and refine key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics for risk exposure insight.
• Prepare clear, management-ready risk summaries and dashboards for leadership.
