Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled field service engineer to manage customer contracts, perform preventive maintenance visits, and deliver detailed reports. You will ensure systems are updated with the latest software and hardware, prepare upgrade plans, and follow global service procedures.

The role involves evaluating technical risks, attending training on systems and safety, and supporting Sales to secure orders and service agreements. Travel will be significant to support customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits and delivering reports; provide on-site remedial support.
• Ensure customer systems are updated to latest software, fixes and hardware.
• Prepare upgrade plans for customer systems and deliver them.
• Follow all technical procedures and tools for Global Service.
• Provide technical review of orders and other proposals as requested.
• Analyze technical risks of expansion projects and upgrades.
• Attend technical training on systems, instruments, process control, communication, and safety.
• Support Sales to secure orders and service agreements as directed.

• Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits, documenting / delivering reports and providing on-siteremedial support.
• Ensure that the customer’s system is updated to the latest software, quick fixes, and hardware.
• Prepare upgrade plans for the customer’s systems and deliver them to the customer.
• Follow all technical procedures and tools for Global Service.
• Provide technical review of orders for clients and any other proposals requested to perform.
• Analyze technical risks of expansion projects and upgrades.
• Attend technical training that includes systems and instruments, application, process control, communication, and safety.
• Support Sales as required and directed by Regional Service Manager to secure orders and service agreements.
• Understand and enforce Schneider Electric contractual obligations on major projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manages overall technical responsibilities for one or more projects, including project specification, functionality, testing and commissioning.
• Perform system testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and develop test documents.
• Document preparation and obtain customer’s approval per document specification and schedule.
• Coordinate with factory for product related issues and resolve.
